Negative: Property was dirty upon arrival. Had to communicate with host. Host did refund some money. House was cute and pics of interior were relatively accurate. Neighborhood was run down, however.
Summary: Decent for the price but the fact that it was dirty was very disappointing.

Positive: It had everything you would need! Especially if you plan to cook they have a lot of utensils and pots and pans that you’ll need.it was very comfortable and clean and we wish we could have a stayed another night on top of the 2 we stayed! It was very enjoyable for the kids and the neighborhood was good no issues and it was an easy check in .They have towels in the closet and also extra in the bathrooms handing up which came in handy for our family .Everything was nice and it was comfortable and we enjoyed Arkansas a lot , this is the first time we visited and everywhere we went it was fun and everyone was so nice and welcoming!And that a/c works very well and it’s ceiling fans in each room so that’s makes it more cold .
Negative: The only thing that we didn’t really like or wasn’t use to is the half bathroom ! It’s small but it’s very cute and clean it’s just a little small especially if your not use to a small bathroom like that ! But besides that there are no complaints.

Positive: Host was great and quick to respond to messages. Checked on us several times to make sure everything was going well. It was perfect for what we needed for our family. Check in was easy. Plenty of room for everyone, clean and comfortable.
Negative: A/C was loud but worked well to keep house cool. Not the best neighborhood but good stay for easy access to stores, restaurants, etc.
Summary: Overall great experience. Would stay again if we needed a place in Jacksonville.
