Summary: Overall, very spacious house plenty of parking and places to sleep. towels etc. We were in town for a tournament and kids loved the pool table. Owner forgot to send the check in information but a quick phone call, the information was received. Heat was broken but the owner brought in plenty of space heaters so there were no issues as we were gone most of the day and was quickly fixed the next day. Only downside was obvious smokers in the home and there is a cat that found its way in and used the bathroom on the floor. (We should have kicked it out) So do not let the cat in as there is no food or litter box. Home could use some TLC but for 3 boys and their parents close to Florence Center, we would rent from again.

Summary: Spacious home, with plenty of room for 6 adults. Just a heads-up, there's a sweet cat on the property. We found out a couple of days before, and let the owner know we had someone with a severe allergy. They made sure she wasn't able to come in the house, and we didn't have any trouble with reactions inside. The kitchen could use an update, but we there are plenty of dishes, utensils and spices available. Located on the edge of town, but still near plenty of food and grocery options. Having the pool table was nice, as well.

Summary: When we arrived we found one of the bedframes was broken and the bed couldn't be used at all. The day bed frame was broken. When the trundle bed was pulled out from the day bed the frame sagged in the middle. The kids had to pull the mattress off onto the floor to be able to use it. There were dirty clothes in the master bedroom closet. One of the dining room chairs was broken. We were very disappointed.

Summary: We were in town for our nephew’s wedding in Marion. This home was a great location for a great price. Our kids and my nephews as well as my husband and his brother loved playing pool anytime we were at the house. However, there were notable things that we didn’t like. After having communicated that we had a quick turnaround time from our stated check in time at 4pm to the start of the rehearsal, when we arrived, the lady who cleans the home was inside the home finishing up mopping. She hurried out once we arrived but it didn’t seem she got to do all of the cleaning before our arrival. Some of the floors were still dirty. Also, there were dirty towels in the washing machine, there was a comforter in the dryer. There was no soap in the soap dispensers in the master bathroom. And, there is a cat living on the property. We booked this place back in January or February and at that time, there was no mention of a cat in the reviews, We asked if the cat was indoor/outdoor because one of us has a slight allergy to cats and began having itchy eyes. My sister-in-law also noticed some cat hair on her dress when she arrived at the rehearsal. We didn’t get a direct response to that question. Rather, the owner told us the cat is people friendly. Had we known there was a cat that was potentially an indoor cat (we were asked to feed twice a day), we would have chosen to stay elsewhere. Again, we loved the pool table - that was a definite highlight! It wasn’t all bad.

Summary: The property was very clean, tidy and in close proximity to grocery stores. The owner was pleasant as well. The entire house (although it could use some love and care) was very suitable. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and entertainment room.

Summary: Our team played in a state Tennis Tournament at FTC. We had 5 guys that needed a place to stay for three nights. This house was fantastic. Plenty of room, minutes from the downtown and the courts. We only cooked breakfast, but would have been nice to try out one of the grill options. The pool table was nice way to relax at the end of the day. The host was very responsive. Anna the Cat was a big hit! We enjoyed the stay.

Summary: The property was very spacious which is what we needed! The kids enjoyed the den with the pool table and we watched movies in there. The cat was a nice surprise to great us at the door (outside). Overall, it was a lovely stay for overnight.
