Summary: The house was extremely clean and in a nice neighborhood. My family and I were down for the races at Atlanta Motor Speedway. It was the perfect distance from the track. Thanks so much for such a nice place!

Summary: Pros: The house was one of the cleanest and well maintained VRBOs I’ve ever stayed at. House is large, in a nice neighborhood and easy to get to, easy drive to downtown or airport. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware for our stay. Cons: Host imposes rules beyond what is typical. Most notably, she does not allow any food or beverage to be consumed outside of the kitchen or dining room, but there wasn’t adequate seating for us to all sit in the kitchen while cooking and eating/drinking enjoying each others company. Host had a camera in living room with a note stating that the camera can not moved or unplugged with threats to call the police on any guest that did, we had children staying with us and that made us uncomfortable that the camera was plugged in during our stay. There was also conflicting notes about the camera, one place it said it was turned off for the stay.
