Summary: We did not have check-in procedures until the morning of our stay, had to call customer service to get. It was strange that the downstair windows had not window covering and the windows upstairs did not have anyway to keep the light out. Overall the house is setup well for large groups.

Summary: It is a beautifully updated home with spacious open floor plan, all amenities generously provided, especially nice linens, and beds are wonderful. A beautifully stocked large kitchen provides anything needed to prepare meals! The back yard is flat, and large with beautiful privacy ! A clean BBQ provided. The hot tub is nice, and seemed clean, but we unfortunately contracted skin infection called 'hot tub folliculitis', a painful development of multiple skin bumps . Make sure they have it cleaned and balanced chemicals. The owner was very responsive, and did say they clean it before and after each guest, Otherwise the place was perfect !

Summary: This home met our needs perfectly! There were 10 of us, including 4 children. They slept downstairs in the bedroom with the pull out bed, and the three couples each had our own bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood is very nice and the location was great. The pictures posted are accurate. Communication was clear and quick. Check in and check out were a breeze. I can recommend this home and hoe to stay here again!

Summary: Very nice, spacious house with comfortable furnishings and tech upgrades (monitors to hook up laptops, fast phone chargers, etc). Heavier window shades would’ve been nice for sleeping, but all together a great place to stay

Summary: This was the perfect house to stay for the weekend going to a concert at the gorge. We did run out of propane as one of the tanks was empty and the other half full for the firepit and grill. I let the homeowner know but they didn't have a solution for this. outside of this is was great. Walls are thin and sounds carries loudly so if someone is up or gets up before you they will wake you up.

Summary: Our family stayed at the house for a golf tournament and everything was perfect. The house was really comfortable with plenty of room in the perfect location. Instructions and communication made it so easy to check in and out and the house and amenities were as described. Thank you Baionne and family for sharing this property with us, we are excited to return next year. We would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Moses Lake area looking for a quiet house so close to the golf course. Thank you again.
