Positive: Booked a 2 night stay ,but wasn’t really at the property a lot as went to an event over the stay . was a nice clean property! Towels where provided, parking space very near and nice little outside seating area . I couldn’t find the key code and contacted the owners and they picked up straight away and all was sorted ! Overall was a nicely priced stay
Negative: It stated that there is 3 single beds and one double but all the beds in the property where single

Positive: On the plus side, the neighbours were friendly, the bedrooms were nice, and the beds were comfortable. It was clear that the property had the potential to be a charming place if given a bit more attention and care to meet expectations outlined in the listing. Though there were setbacks, the overall experience provided enough comfort to make the stay pleasant despite the initial inconvenience
Negative: The kitchen could do with more crockery and was missing the coffee machine.

Positive: House was well equipped, and mostly clean, beds were reasonably comfortable. Location is great, close to shops, pubs etc. Host was responsive. Living room is spacious with large sofa overlooking beautiful back yard where we watched birds & squirrel's. Tea, coffee left but no milk. We brought our own though. Stairs are good, not steep. Plenty of mirrors, and robe/drawer space for long stays. Fairly quiet area, double glazing helps.
Negative: Only 3 forks in the cutlery drawer, normal TV channels don't work, wheelie bin was completely full & had to really push our rubbish in. No plug for the sink. We had to do a wash, but the washing machine had to be cleaned first, it was dirty, and theres no clothes horse/stand to help dry clothes. No hair-dryer as per ad. There's no instructions on how to work wifi/tv/bin days etc. But luckily communication was fairly prompt with WiFi instructions. Neighbours park in the parking space, I had to wait for someone to come out and move their car. There's literally nowhere else to park, cars/vans are parked everywhere. Could do with a bollard to stop others parking there. Hot water tap in bathroom doesn't work, just spins. Downstairs toilet has a leak coming through the light, needs looking at. We had lots of rain.

Positive: Lovely and clean, and warm on arrival. Hosts fixed problem with the internal porch door really quickly (about 10mins).
Negative: Had a problem with the heating on the second evening. Contacted hosts who didn't reply for several hours and didn't make an attempt to fix it leaving a very chilly evening.
Summary: Lovely and clean, but a problem with the heating on the second evening spoiled the stay.

Positive: Nyiva, My friend recommended the house and Huku Kwetu to me and I am glad I did. We enjoyed ourselves and felt very much at home. Surprisedly , there is room for improvement. Nothing to write home about, though. We found more positives than we can find negatives. -Keep the good work.
