Positive: My companion and I were delighted with the warm welcome we received. It felt like we were being greeted by close friends. We had a wonderful dinner and good wine. The immaculate cleanliness is especially noteworthy. The hotel is very cozy. It's a convenient location for strolls down to the breathtaking oceanfront. The price-quality ratio is amazing.

Summary: If fate gives me the opportunity to visit this place again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Positive: The place was very clean & tidy, it even smelled of cookies. The hosts were very easy-going, genuine & helpful people, and we had a good chat with them. We enjoyed having tea and coffee amenities in the room. They had two very friendly dogs.

Positive: Enormous bathroom with jacuzzi. Room in beautiful house with lovely coastal scenery nearby. Warm welcome (but...!)

Negative: After a warm initial greeting, we never saw hostess again during our 3 day stay (so no top-up of milk etc); we assumed that we were not entitled to use host's lounge/kitchen etc. Nearest hot food 3 miles away and not open every day - no facilities for preparing food provided at house. Although it looked beautiful, accommodation lacked details such as a mirror in bedroom or anywhere comfy to sit, no hooks/shaver-point in bathroom, no shelf in shower etc.

Summary: Room in beautiful house but some major drawbacks
