Positive: The location was good, although the pier was closed.
Negative: The price was a little steep, but competitive with other places. Didn't care for the extra late check in time and the really early check out time. If I couldn't check in until 4 pm, I shouldn't have to pay extra to check out later than 10 am.

Negative: The having to go up and down the stairs. We were on the 3rd floor and my wife has had 2 knee replacement s in the last year. It was a struggle. Also parking was difficult because of all the construction supplies that took up as many as 8 parking spaces.
Summary: We enjoyed time away from home and the condo was comfortable.

Negative: I know it may not happen, but wish the pier could get reopened.
Summary: Overall a great stay. I wanted to be close the inlet and this was not too far a walk at all.

Positive: Laid back not much noise except the ocean and seagulls. Room was great would liked to have had a better view but was great for the price none the less.
Negative: Steps....alot of em lol. And all the laundry was closed except for the one on the first floor. So If your the least bit handicap this is not the place lol
