Summary: Loved the heritage cottage, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. All the supplies you need on hand with some little treats to feel welcome. Communication was easy and so friendly and helpful with recommendations of where to eat and what to see and do locally. So quiet and peaceful. Felt like home but better! Definitely recommend and I will go back again.

Summary: Cherry Plum cottages was an absolute gem of a fine! It was traditional, quaint and delightful set in its own cottage garden, overlooking a field of llamas. Sitting on the Veranda in the evening whilst having a barbecue was such a lovely experience in the peace and quiet of the countryside. The room itself was so very comfortable, clean and traditional. Lovely touches were left everywhere – sweets in a bowl, jams, honey and other condiments, biscuits and even a decanter of port!

Summary: Dianne, the host was fantastic. They had a cancellation and upgraded us to the bigger cottage at no cost. Beds were comfortable and it felt just like being at home. After a few days driving the Great Ocean Road, it was just what we needed to kick back and relax.

Summary: What a gem! Dianne was a great host with impeccable communication and her love of the property is evident in the attention to detail she shows in the property’s presentation. Loved the quiet farm-like surroundings with a couple of beautiful highland cattle and a herd of alpaca. Situated only a five minute drive from town, you could definitely walk there if you wanted to. Loved our stay and hope to return someday. Definitely recommend this gorgeous property.
