Summary: Winter reservation. Communication was responded to in an efficient manner prior to arrival. lack of instruction with heating systems and outdated information on welcome board. Upstairs sleeping areas extremely warm in temperature. Bathroom dispensers did not operate properly, but there were supplies to supplement. Mattresses uneven. Pillows very soft.Well stocked kitchen and coffee area. Dining furniture beautiful but very heavy to move. Location down the road from Cherry springs State Park awesome. Road to Coudersport treacherous in many spots. Town of Coudersport okay for bar food and supermarket. About 20 minutes from the property .Kaytees restaurant Sunday brunch excellent. There's a tractor supply and a Sheetz convenience store and gas station and there's two dollar stores available. Well stocked kitchen and coffee. Bathrooms

Summary: It was just the two of us, so there was plenty of room! Great place for family gatherings, etc. Everything you can think of is provided. Wonderful property

Summary: Bears, oh my! Ok, maybe not lions and tigers, but there are bears. Fair warning! We were sitting at the fire pit and a cub and Mama showed up to see what we were up to

Summary: Minutes to Cherry Springs State Park Sky viewing area. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and it was well-equipped. The fire pit area is fun! We brought wood. We ate all meals there. We were 4 adults. Almost had 6 but glad we didn't. The "loft" area is only a single bed. I guess the couch opens up but we didn't need that as the two couples had two separate rooms. Quiet! We didn't hear each other in the house and the area outside is so quiet too. So close to many hiking trails and parks and not too far from Coudersport. On our last evening we were sipping wine by the fire pit and we had a curious black bear stop by. He stood up behind the grasses a ways off. We carefully went into the house and then when we thought he was gone we went back out. He did circle around . Never came really close but we stayed in after that. He was so beautiful and fun to see! Lovely time! Thank you! Heads up : Google maps doesn't take you quite far enough to the correct place.

Summary: We stayed one night and had a great time! Spent the day at Lyman Run SP fishing and kayaking, then checked in to Countless Stars. The accommodations provided for all of our needs (except a few minor things such as firewood which we did bring). The layout of the cabin is perfect for 2 couples. We had a nice cookout on the deck and then a campfire in the beautiful firepit area. Then when the sky got dark, we got to see the beautiful stars and Milky Way. It was perfect! Heard some coyotes howling later in the night. In the morning, we saw a beautiful sunrise and then we had coffee on the back deck. Then we made breakfast before packing out . Overall we were very pleased and our only wish was that we would have booked a longer stay. We would definitely rent this again!

Summary: well stocked, spotless and just as described! But kim was so kind an answered all of our questions quickly and easily. we enjoyed our long weekend and would definitely recommend this cabin to others!

Summary: We loved the fire pit area and the deck, although the deck was peeling and a floorboard was sticking up which we had to place a chair over so that no one tripped on it. Dark dining area inside (although we ate all of our meals outside on the deck) and didn’t go with “cabin” description because it was somewhat formal and dark. The one twin bed is in a loft area so you hear EVERYTHING if you are staying in that room. The other upstairs bedroom had 2 twin beds - steep steps leading up to both upstairs areas and the bathroom was located downstairs vs upstairs which was a bit treacherous if you had to get up at night to use the bathroom. The downstairs bedroom had a queen bed and was spacious with its own bathroom. The house could benefit from some skylights to add light into the house. Thought there would be more of an open area for stargazing. Couldn’t figure out how to turn the deck light off, hard as we tried, which attracted a lot of bugs which would enter the house when you opened the door at night. The house was very clean, and extremely well equipped with everything we could ever need, which we appreciated! Lots of DVD movies to choose from. The host was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating whenever I messaged her. Updated kitchen and downstairs bathroom which were nice. Could use more silverware, we were constantly have to wash silverware after meals. Hot water is limited, so you will run out of hot water at the end of 2 showers and need to wait awhile.
