Summary: Bedding and carpeting are old and need updating, and room smells musty, but hotel is priced fairly in recognition of this. Bathroom was renovated and room was very clean. Staff at desk helpful with late night check in. Not much for breakfast - packaged cereal and muffins and toast. Coffee was good. Convenient if star gazing at Cherry Springs - about 20 minutes from the astronomy viewing field.

Summary: They were accommodating and it was clean, but the bed was not comfortable and the air conditioner was noisy.

Summary: I reserved a room through hotels.com. Nowhere did it say the room was a smoking room. When I got my confirmation email however the room was designated smoking. I immediately tried to contact the property to change this but I got NO response. When I tried to cancel the reservation I was told it was non -fundable even though during reservation process this was not the option I chose. I am beyond frustrated with this particular hotel and the fact that hotels.com has no customer service support with a live person to troubleshoot situations. No contact information is provided on the website. For my family it is not possible to stay in a smoking room so we had to book accommodations elsewhere and got no refund for this stay
