Positive: The bed was comfortable
Negative: Bugs in the floor when we got there. The shower was pouring from the hot stem so much there was no water pressure for a shower. Had to shut the bathroom door to sleep & then the bathroom was too hot. The Wi-Fi had a very weak signal & we could barely watch the weather on YouTube with storms coming. No local channels.
Summary: Location was decent but the room had many issues.

Positive: The kitchen was a nice surprise full kitchen. I decided to make a meal for two days was worth it. Coffee was delicious. TV was really nice. Smart TV and I enjoyed watching some movies on it. The bathroom was clean. It had plenty of blankets and a very soft bed. There was a freeze overnight and I stayed warm with the heat and blankets.
Negative: The shower Pressure is pretty low. The heat is perfect though.
Summary: I wanted a place that felt homey After staying for years in dorms and shelters/hotel rooms.

Positive: Location and size were absolutely amazing considering how close to the city it was. Cherry Street is not downtown, but you can walk to most of the important locations, and there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate area. Kitchen is large and has absolutely EVERYTHING you need to cook, except food. Host is very friendly, but respects your privacy.
Negative: shower could have a little more water pressure, and building could be better winterized.

Positive: A good value and located so its convenient to all Tulsa. Easy access to the Broken Arrow Expressway. It has a full size kitchen. Privatev parking off street. Its behind the house that is on 14th street so it is not facing the Broken Arrow and is quieter. Perfect for 1 or 2.
Negative: No black out drapes, blinds only. Limited space for bath items. Small couch doesn't allow TV watching. Can watch from bed. Streaming TV but I got used to it. I'm an old guy. Narrow drive way.
Summary: Convenient to Tulsa and good value.

Positive: Location was convenient. It was decent value for the amount paid.
Negative: Unfortunately, there were several bugs, flies, gnats, spiders etc. that I had to deal with. The driveway was very narrow for my truck. The place was comfortable but the bathroom and shower were very small and cramped.
Summary: It was acceptable but I probably will not stay here again.
