Summary: This home is perfect for a small group/family! Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need LITERALLY! I forgot to bring kitchen/cooking items & this place had it all! Great views, clean home, & cozy blankets that I LOVED, even (boys) teenagers used them to bundle up on sofa! We enjoyed it all definitely a place to stay

Summary: We enjoyed most of all the top floor picturesque view from reclining couch every morning and sundown. The tri-level porch access, the grill and convenience of two kitchen areas as well as 3 spacious bathrooms (one with soothing tub). We had full access to garage and we were able to easily access mud room from garage when needing to unload. No complaints, just compliments to the manager for getting us in and around construction in the neighborhood. We spent our days at Eleven Mile/Victor/Cripple Creek and Florissant Monument (a must see). Mostly we spent time with family in our cabin watching the wildlife. Thank you Chez Les DuClos!

Summary: We were in Colorado for a family reunion and this property was perfect for our stay! Everything we needed and more was at the property. Saw deer daily. Birds at the bird feeders was entertaining. We played lots of games drank lots of coffee and generally relaxed. Beautiful private property.

Summary: A spacious, comfortable, well-tended (very clean) space to relax and enjoy time with family. Lots of indoor and outdoor spaces at the house to relax and be together. Beautiful views from the deck and lots of places nearby for hiking and enjoying the mountains.
