Positive: We stayed for 3 nights at Chez Zenovia as we wanted to see a bit of Paris, before moving on to Disneyland and what an amazing find it was ! It’s spotlessly clean, with a modern aesthetic that feels both stylish and welcoming. The layout is thoughtful and functional, making excellent use of the space. We had planned for our child to sleep on the sofa bed and us take the bedroom but as this is a mezzanine level with not much headspace above you, we swapped but both areas were really comfortable and our daughter loved having her own space. It’s located in a busy area, that will leave you wanting for nothing, so much to choose from in shops, restaurants and bars. We even watched some street entertainment from the comfort of our living room window. It does however mean that with the windows open it is rather noisy in the evening but they are magic windows that must be so well glazed as closed they cut it all out. I can imagine in the summer this might be an issue if you want an early night, but we enjoyed the atmosphere. Minutes walk from Les Halles Station provided great transport links, which made getting around a breeze and was so convenient for onward travel to Disneyland getting the RER A directly from the station we were there in 45 minutes. Walking distance from the Louvre & Notre Dame was also fantastic. The communication with our host prior to the stay was fantastic and informative giving clear instructions and information in anything and everything you could need. The correct level of communication during our stay to check we had everything we needed and I’m sure had we needed anything else would had been more than happy to provide any further assistance. It’s wasn’t cheap but based on what I had seen for other accommodation around Paris it seemed reasonable enough and was certainly worth it for the high standard and location. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would happily stay again.
Negative: The only thing I would say is there is only 1 mirror in the bathroom. If a mirror could be added inside the wardrobe door or on the wall by entrance then that would be very helpful.
Summary: Amazing find, clean,convienent, comfortable and so well throughout. Maximising every inch of space.

Positive: I’m usually VERY skeptical about booking private apartments and tend to prefer to stay at hotels, but this experience was great! The hosts were extremely kind, communicative and helpful. The apartment was perfectly clean, renovated and had all the amenities. The location for us was ideal and we were very pleasantly surprised to find how sound proof the windows are, given it’s a very active neighborhood. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at owner Zenovia's apartment! The flat was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfy, the kitchen well-equipped. The location couldn’t have been better, We walked almost everywhere! We took the train from Paris Charles de Gaulle airport directly. Only 2 mins from train station exit to apartment. There is a beautiful fountain in front of building with lots of seats areas. There is a grocery shop 60 meters away from the door. I would say it is the heart of Pairs. Zenovia was a fantastic host—friendly, communicative, and full of great local tips. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it!

Positive: The apartment is in a lovely clean building, newly decorated throughout. Both the double bed upstairs and the sofa bed were very comfortable and accommodate 2 adults / 2 kids easily. Plenty of facilities inside the apartment to pretty much cover anything you would need. We received very helpful information with door code / key access, how to travel from the train station etc. The host was always on hand for any questions. Location was incredible, 5 mins walk to the Seine with immediate views all the way to the Eiffel tower - plus a short walk over to the Latin Quarter / Notre dame / Pont Neuf. Easy walk to the Louvre / Tuileries etc and beyond. The immediate area has plenty of shops, restaurants and bakeries. Easy access to Gare du Nord via the Metro line. As expected from a city centre location, there is a little background noise from local restaurants and bars but it doesn't run late and an earplug will sort it if you are sensitive to noise. Well worth it to book an apartment in this location and we would definitely return. A perfect first trip to Paris. Thank you!

Positive: This apartment was so nice and conveniently located. The owner was SO helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They had a baby crib all set up for our one year old before we arrived, which was so nice to not have to think about assembling.
Negative: The building stairs wind around, which isn’t a problem. Just something to keep in mind for you if you have limited mobility.
