Positive: The location, it is few steps from the metro and a commercial center with abundant neighbouring shops and restaurants. The staff; Mr Lilian was very nice and has great attitudes. It has a very nice AC.
Negative: Almost nothing at all.

Positive: The location is great, minutes walk to Louvre and metro to take you other places. Close to awesome restaurants and pubs with great food and drinks. Close to the mall. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne ;). Quite clean.
Negative: The place is quite smaller than pictured. The AC is more of a dehumidifier fan and it covers the kitchen only, there is no AC in the rooms. The place was a stunner in its day, I am sure, but is in dire need of renovation and updates - the handrail is shaky as it is missing screws, the walls are painted over previous water damage. During our stay, one of the hot water boilers broke and started leaking water all over the bathroom, but the host was very quick to replace it the next day. There were rainy days during our stay and one of the skylights leaked for one day

Positive: LOCATION! It was quiet. Had just enough amenities for our large group. It’s very hard to find an apartment for 7 people in the center of Paris and this did the job.
Negative: It’s smaller than it appears in the pictures, but again it works. The stairs to the basement are in a very tight winding staircase. The beds are comfy but have to climb over your spouse to get in or out in all 4 beds. (Description says 4 toilets but there are only 3.)

Positive: I wanted to write a review about the apartment we rented in Paris, firstly I wanted to say that we were met by Tom, a wonderful, kind, attentive, hospitable person, he helped us figure everything out, for which we are very grateful, now about the apartment - the location is very cool, all the sights are within walking distance, restaurants, shops, pastry shops, a shopping center, everything is great.
Negative: BUT about the apartment I would like to say that it requires a specific update, everything is morally outdated, the kitchen, furniture, air conditioning - like the last century, we did not use the ground floor because there was a smell of dampness, the price of the apartment is very high, we understand this - since the location is in the center, but overall it is not bad, I recommend this apartment if the criteria listed above are not important to you. (The photos on the website were probably taken many years ago, when the renovations had just been completed, but in reality everything has long since become outdated.)

Positive: The property is very well located and has great number of bedrooms and en-suites.
Negative: The advertised hot tub was not working, one of the toilets was out of order. If we had the full number of guests (8-10) this would have been an uncomfortable stay. Only skylights for natural light so a very dark apartment. No ability to check in an hour earlier or check out an hour later which was very inflexible.
Summary: Great location but some facilities in the flat lacking.

Positive: We really loved the apartment, it is very comfortable, convenient and next of the most important places in Paris, you can do almost everthing walking. And there is a subway next door. That place has air-conditioning for fresh ventilation which is quite rare in Paris center, and is bigger than all other hotel room for 10+ people in Paris center. It is especially great for kids, having so much entertainment as they like.

Positive: Great Host, met us at the property and walked us through how to work all the electronics, other devices and all the amenities. Gave us a quick tour outside to point out the restaurants, shops, museums and metro so we could easily navigate the area. It is absolutely perfectly located in Paris with a quick walk to every major sight. So comfortable. They have A/C also! Would highly recommend.
