Originally built as a barn in the early 1920's, the Hyde Park Cottage was lovingly renovated into a chic 2-story guesthouse.

Summary: Great location and more than adequate for my stay. Was it the Ritz Carlton? No. But it was a great place for the money; clean and well laid out. If two people are looking for an affordable place to stay in South Tampa, I would highly recommend this place

Summary: The property was clean and just a short walk to shopping and restaurants. All of the appliances are new but the renovation of the cottage took place a while ago and could probably use a refresh. We enjoyed our stay

Summary: The property is very intriguing. Unfortunately we did not get to stay in the cottage due to Hurricane Ian. I must say, however, that it was a pleasure to deal with the property manager. They answered questions promptly and always in a friendly manner. Perhaps next year!

Summary: This property was clean and the beds were really comfortable. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and safe neighborhood. The SOHO location made it great to walk to Bayshore Drive and Old Hyde Park. Parking is an issue however. We had to change venues last minute for hosting a small graduation party due to the fact that there is no parking, for multiple cars, in the alley that this property is located on. Otherwise, I'd recommend this property for a Tampa stay.
