The host was absolutely amazing very welcoming, responsive, and genuinely accommodating from start to finish. Everything was made so easy, which really made the stay stress-free. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. You can tell a lot of care has gone into keeping it clean and comfortable. The amenities were excellent and had everything I needed, making it feel like a real home away from home. On top of all that, it was incredible value for money. I honestly couldn’t fault anything and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great hospitality.

Positive: This is the perfect place to stay in Leyton. We spent most of our time in there saying “what a lovely air b n b!” The shower pressure is insanely good (although beware which shower head is on before you turn the wheel!) It’s also very clean. Hosts are lovely. Loads of chocolate biscuits, and a free toothbrush and toothpaste…what else could you ask for?

Negative: We liked everything about the property but I think people sensitive to light at nighttime might find the outside security light difficult. There was also some noise from upstairs at 5am. My friend slept through it but I was awake with a bad cold!
