Summary: We were super impressed with the property. It had everything you could possibly need while on vacation, including a magical view of the ocean. We snorkeled right off the beach and saw tons of fish, including a flounder, and even swam with a sea turtle! Location is on the quieter side of the island but could reach Rum Point, Ocean Frontiers, and all the way north of seven mile beach in 30 minutes. Will definitely return for future visits!

Summary: From the minute we walked in the door we knew we had picked the perfect spot in the Cayman Islands! The images of the condo online reflect exactly what you can expect when you arrive. The contemporary and tasteful decor reflects the beach vibe we were seeking. As for the beach - the view, sound of the ocean and a private beach steps from our door were perfection. The location was good for day outings to Seven Mile beach and other parts of the island but frankly, it was hard to tear ourselves away from this spot. You do need a car.We love to cook so the well equipped kitchen combined with good food supply at Hurley's and Harbour Walk made it a delight to enjoy evenings in. The communications with Tracey and her team were great from booking until checkout. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Summary: We returned for the second year in a row. On the third day we noticed water leaking from the ceiling in the kitchen and notified Tracey by email and voicemail. It is easy to have return customers when nothing goes wrong with this perfect property. What is even better is having something that needs to be addressed and having someone respond immediately to correct the issue. Tracey and her team responded and did what they could to fix the issue. They contained the water leak until they could get access to the property above us. It turned out the water heater in the unit above sprung a leak. This did not impact our stay in the slightest and we will return again whenever we come back to the Grand Cayman!!!

Summary: We just returned from our pre holiday retreat at Hip Nautic and it was better than expected. The condo was beautiful with a wonderful view of the ocean from the porch. It has all the amenities needed and can’t beat the private beach. Nothing more relaxing than soaking up rays or even sitting under a palm tree. It was just what we needed before the hectic holidays. Our favorite coffee place Cafe Del Sol is a short 5 minute drive away. Definitely rent a car (owner also recommends) in case need to get around to stores or restaurants. We definitely recommend staying here on Spotts beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Summary: My daughter and I wanted to celebrate for our 40th & 60th birthday and this was the perfect location! Tracy the host was amazing before during and after our stay. This part of Grand Cayman is quiet beautiful and an amazing place to snorkel right out the back of this gorgeous two bedroom two bath condo. We went on an excursion 864-4918to Stingray City and ate at some delicious restaurants. We will be back with the rest of our family frequently. bedroom two bath canso. dy

Summary: This VRBO was an absolute gem! Its prime location made it easy to explore the island, and the modern, well-appointed interior was a dream. The furniture and built-in’s were stylish and comfortable, and the condo’s location gave us a view of the ocean. Private beach was heavenly and the ocean beyond provided reefs teeming with fish. The space was immaculately clean with all the amenities we could ask for. There wasn’t a single thing missing. It was the perfect escape to our beloved Grand Cayman.

Summary: Our amazing experience started before we even arrived. Tracey was super-communicative throughout the booking process and as we approached our vacation date, she sent us all kinds of recommendations - restaurants, things to do, places to go. Arriving at the condo, the place was immaculate...we didn't want to touch anything it was so clean and perfect! The place is fantastic. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you'd need to prepare meals. The family room was very comfortable with a big sofa and giant screen TV. The bedrooms were also very comfortable. The lanai leading out towards to common area and down to the beach was a nice-to-have. We didn't spend too much time there since, as expected, it is open-air so it does get warm and humid...our daughter however did love to hang out there on the couch. We loved the standalone ice maker and the small cooler that was provided...this was a life saver since we were always on the go and took the cooler with us everywhere we went. The beach umbrella, chairs, noodles and beach towels were also a great addition. Just a couple of things to keep in mind, the kitchen sink doesn't have a garbage disposal...no big deal. If you are a light sleeper, the front bedroom can get a little noisy from morning traffic. Nice touch at the end was an email from Tracey telling us not to worry about cleaning up...she told us just to enjoy the rest of our vacation...very awesome! Tracey - thanks for an awesome stay -you are a superstar!

Summary: Hip-Nautic 16, and it’s Msnager, Tracey both deserve 10 stars. The property was flawless! Beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed with everything to make it a home away from home. The beach was gorgeous, and we saw a loggerhead sea turtle come ashore to make a nest and lay eggs one night! What a thrill! This was on the beach 1 minute walk from our door. Just spectacular! Tracey was fantastic to work with! She contacted us before to provide resources and helpful tips. She came by to welcome us on arrival, and on a bad weather day checked on us to offer ideas for alternate activities. We felt cared for and completely pampered! The location is about 30 minutes drive from the crowds of Seven Mile Beach. It’s peaceful, with restaurants, and grocery stores close. This is an amazing place!
