Positive: You will feel like in your own property. It has everything you need. Shops are really close (5-8 minutes drive) and military base is 10 minutes away. It was quiet when I stayed there on the 4th of July. You'll definitely feel relaxed in this home.
Negative: It looks like host cares about cleanness. I saw a cockroach on the kitchen and next day I saw it dead in the floor. I would recommend to put a fly tape, because it's annoying to have flies during cooking. Also I'd suggest some minor adjustments: level the stove (it was shaking), fix the microwave handle (partially detached) and fix separated cover between dishwasher and tables.

Positive: A/C unit when we put it on a tempture it would automatically charge to a higher temperature it would get hot

Positive: Charming home located close to Ft. Sill. Our host provided an informational binder with stores, shops, and restaurants with their proximity to the home. That was so helpful! Plus we didn’t need to worry about packing the TSA approved amount of liquid toiletries because our host provided full size products as well. The price was very reasonable for a family flying 1,300 miles across the country. The neighborhood was quiet despite being so close to many attractions. Book this home and you won’t be disappointed!
Negative: It would have been nice to have some cleaning supplies and paper towels and napkins on hand.
Summary: A charming find for a stop on our memory making journey.

Positive: Very convenient to why we were there. Need to be able to go back and forth to Fort Sill. Very clean and comfortable.
Negative: Kitchen utensils needed to more useful. Very very cheap. Almost broke fork cutting my eggs. No coffee filters or toilet paper (2 rolls for 4 people 3 being girls) for 4 days. Driveway was not very wide for large vehicles.
Summary: All and all we enjoyed our time
