Negative: The heater took a long time to heat. There was also no facilities for luggage storage after check-in.

Positive: I was visiting for a conference at the Hayes Convention Center and the location was outstanding. The place was cute. The StayNue staff were reliable and responsible.
Negative: I would certainly stay here again but I had a few suggestions: Add yoga mat, hair dryer, +/- shampoo to amenities (I would have left mine at home). Specify dryer although I could tell this was there from the photo. It was pretty clean but house cleaning forgot to clean the coffee machine. Also the floor and shower could have used one more swipe over for missed spots. 2 of 4 pillows need replacing which was ok for me as I was alone but probably should be done.

Positive: The location, price and being able to speak with the property was all great! There was one bath towel and no toilet paper available unfortunately— but we were able to make do for 2 people.

Positive: The apartment is excellent and offers nice amenities. The location is absolutely ideal and we had a great time. We recommend this rental to anyone wishing to have a good stay.
Negative: The box to retrieve the keys was a little faulty. We were afraid not to recover the keys. It also took us some time to put the keys back in that same box, which was difficult to close. The bed has also played a trick on us. The bed frame being of low quality, it disassembled and our sleep was not as well the last of the 3 nights. Fire alarm in kitchen is too sensitive. If you take a hot shower (the bathroom is next to the kitchen), and you leave the door open, the alarm goes off with the steam of the water.
