Positive: Everything was great. Right at the metro stop, many restaurants around. The host was very warm and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and bathrooms had all necessary toiletries.

Positive: The location was perfect for our family! And the house had a beautiful garden and courtyard that we could use. There were 8 of us and so very comfortable in the large house. The host was very communicative and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Positive: The place is in an incredible location right next to the metro into Paris. It is really spacious and comfortable. We were there in winter but it has a lovely garden which would be great in the spring / summer. This is a perfect location for a family or friends reunion.
Negative: It is a bit of a puzzle trying to work out the numerous light switches but in no way does this detract from the quality of the place. We had a problem with the internet but the caretaker came over rapidly to fix it for us.

Positive: The accommodation is in a location with excellent transport links to the center of Paris and Disneyland. The rooms are larger and more conventionally furnished than they appear from the photos. Although the garden is very small, it is pleasant and offers the possibility to sit with food on the terrace. The neighborhood is quiet and safe by Paris standards. Despite all of the below, this was overall the best accommodation we have had in Paris so far, and we are happy to recommend it to you. In addition, it is offered at a very pleasant price. What charmed us was the general atmosphere of the place. However, you have to take into account some negatives in your thinking and decide for yourself:
Negative: The accommodation is in the inner block, in a small narrow house with three parties and a very steep spiral staircase. So, if you don't like cramped spaces, complicated approaches, travel with large luggage, want to unload your things from the car directly into the house, or steep and small spiral stairs are a problem for you, then definitely do not choose this accommodation. It is also specific that the accommodation is not in a boarding house, but in a private house, which its inhabitants most likely (unless they have guests from one of the accommodation platforms) normally use it. Therefore, you will find closed or otherwise marked private closets and everywhere many things, equipment and decorations belonging to the permanent residents of the house. It can have a very strange and even inappropriate impression on some people and make you wonder where the family with small children went to live for those few nights because of you... One of the three bedrooms (the one with a folding bed) is the parents' bedroom, the other two are children's rooms inhabited by young children. The furniture in them is also adapted to this. In the living room, the sofa can also be folded out. One bathroom is behind the parents' bedroom (only accessible from this bedroom). The second is in the attic with a small bath under a sloping roof and you can't open the window in it. The same (roof windows cannot be opened) also applies to the two children's rooms. The last toilet is in a small chamber under the stairs, with a lowered entrance. Overall, the house is rather extravagantly furnished, and considering that a family with children lives in it, do not expect cleaning and sterile cleanliness of hotel rooms.

Positive: The hosts were very accommodating and helpful with our travel plans. The house is in a very nice and safe spot with a lovely garden. The area has lots to offer for restaurants, a park, easy access to transport and groceries. The home was very well supplied for our use and especially for the children (sleeping, playing).
Negative: The garden is shared by the house and also a studio which was rented by another guest. We needed to use the laundry facility (which is outside next to the studio) and our children were sometimes a bit loud playing, so I felt bad about the noise.
Summary: Great stay for a family of 4!
