Our place is beautifully decorated with two bedrooms, a living room separate dinning room, plus office area. Free wifi, cable with prime movie channels. Located in the heart of Chicago. Logan square one of the safest nieighborhoods in near north side just steps away from public trans. Both Bus and blue line train station, close to all Chicago attractions! Free parking, new kitchen and bath. Nice home with 3 separate appartments/flats. Logan square is very trendy with top restaurants and bars, grocery store just one block from property as well as either airport just 15 mins in either direction. Sleeps 6 in comfy beds two twin size and one full and a Queen size bed, but can expand from 6 to 9 people with additional air beds in unit if needed and sofa bed. . We also offer Chicagos new elevated bike highway called the 606 also just a couple blocks away. Chicago is one of the premiere bike friendly cities. We offer Wrigleyvile home of the world champion Cubs just 4 miles North-east of us. downtown attractions South east of us just 6 miles away.. public trans or Uber are the best ways to travel! As well as immediate local Scene in Logan square with its own rustic first run movie theater, restaurants and more. Although our place is close to the action it's also safely tucked away enough to offer the best of all worlds. Enjoy our place on your trip to Chicago! Our place was featured in one of Hollywoods next Romcom Christmas movies. " The Perfect Christmas Present" out Nov.4th 2017. By the Hallmark channel, Shot on location! We have cameras both in front and rear of building for safety reasons. FYI.

Summary: Great spot to explore the city and a really cute neighborhood. Apartment was just what we needed - I see what other reviewers are saying about it needing a deep clean -just things dust bunnies in the corners - but it was certainly clean enough and just great for our stay. We cooked a few meals and had everything we needed in the kitchen.

Summary: This flat is in a cute neighborhood and is walkable to groceries and a very recommendable coffee shop and bakery. Parking on the street was easy with the daily passes. As other reviews mention, the space needs a good deep clean; there was quite a bit of dust collecting in corners, under furniture, and on the overabundant decor pieces. There are several soft floorboards that we learned to step around to avoid further damage. There are a lot of air fresheners, one of which was disintegrating the bathroom mirror, which made us wonder why that sized space required so many. The pictures are generally accurate, however, everything was just a little off: wall hangings were crooked, floating shelves looked precarious on the walls, chairs in the sitting room were so wobbly we didn't feel comfortable using them, the bathroom had some rust and the shower install looked unfinished. There didn't appear to be ventilation in the bathroom, which made it very hot and humid. The child in our group thought the beds were the most comfortable, but we could feel the mattress springs in the main bedroom. The 3 window AC units kept us cool, but need a good cleaning. The kitchen is well-stocked with supplies and we appreciated having coffee pods and a Keurig! Alex was very responsive when I didn't read the check in time correctly (it was listed as 2pm and 3pm in different places, but I received a quick response and update).

Summary: Very hot weekend and only had window air conditioning units which where not turned in when we arrived. It took several hours to cool down. Some of the furniture looks nice in the pictures but was actually broken when we arrived. Oven and freezer were dirty.

Summary: Alex was a delight to work with! The back parking was amazing as we drive a big pickup truck. The beds were great as well as soft sheets. The master bedroom had a strange tv setup as it did not have a swing arm so you could watch it while in bed. It is located even with your feet at a stationary 90 degrees with the bed. Alex supplied us with bottled water and coffee pods as well as chocolates on our beds. Very nice extras! The Keurig coffee maker did not work though. We contacted Alex but she couldn’t replace it for our second morning. In general the place just needs a good sweep and a deep clean. The space and location were great and I would recommend you give it a try as a good cleaning can be done in a day! PS. We misplaced our AirPods and Alex looked everywhere for them. Not sure other hosts would have tried that hard. We most definitely will be staying here again!

Summary: Tastefully decorated gem. In walking distance to stores and restaurants. Gives a nice sense of Chicago life. For those planning to cook, kitchen could use some more attention. But overall, highly recommended!
