Summary:
Our home is a brand-new construction single family residence. Construction was complete in the summer of 2021. Come be one of the first groups to stay in our beautiful home!
The home can sleep up to 15 people with 8 individual beds. The home spans 4-floors with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 2 outdoor rooftop patios.
The property is situated in a very cool neighborhood of Chicago. It is right in the middle of Logan Square and Bucktown. There are plenty of fine dining options and bars.
The Space:
When you stay with us, you can enjoy hanging out and spending time on the ground level consisting of the gorgeous kitchen, dining space, and living room space featuring designer couches while enjoying a movie or game on our 65-inch smart TV

Hang out in the vibrant basement that includes a mortal combat arcade machine and a foosball table. Along with the games is a 65 inch smart-tv to Netflix and chill.
On the fourth floor, challenge your friend, brother, or sister to a game of darts.
You can also enjoy (in the warmer months) two outdoor rooftop patios. One is above the garage on the second floor and one is the actual roof of the home on the fourth floor. During warm months, the patios will include a bbq grill, beautiful patio furniture, turf, and some games.
Our space also includes parking in a 2-car garage and there is private space behind the garage that can fit 2 more cars. Park up to 4 cars for FREE in Chicago.
We provide ear plugs and white noise monitors in each bedroom to help with noise from train.

The Neighborhood:
The property is situated in a very cool and one of the most HIP neighborhoods of Chicago. It is right in the middle of Logan Square and Bucktown. There are plenty of fine dining options and bars.
The best Ramen is located right around the corner called Wasabi.
Two great taco places called L'Patron and Taqueria Chingón are a few blocks away.
Easy Does it: Outdoor wine bar that is great for summer time wine
Emporium Arcade Bar: Enjoy a game of pool or ping pong while enjoying your favorite beer
Concord Music Hall: One of Chicago's most popular music venues is right around the corner
Getting Around:
Our property includes up to 6 free parking spaces
Also, the Blue Line train goes right behind the home. You can hop on 1-block away on Western and Milwaukee to ride right into the city or to O'hare airport
Other Things to Note:
One thing to note, the blue-line L train runs right behind the home. The train passes every 30-minutes roughly.
Security: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $500 will be required before check in.

Summary: A great location- just be aware that it is next to the L train but once you get used to it, it isn't super loud. Great huge space, property managers were very responsive to all questions. Great that it has parking. I would highly recommend

Summary: We recently had a wonderful family reunion at this house, which comfortably accommodated our group of eight adults, including our in-laws. The location was ideal, as it was close to the venue where we had planned an event.The house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, and it was clean, well-maintained, and cozy. The spacious common areas were a great bonus, allowing us to relax and socialize together.My only minor criticism is the proximity of the subway tracks, which can be quite noisy. However, this is an unavoidable issue, and I wouldn't penalize the host for it.The host was extremely responsive and clear in their communication, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.Overall, I highly recommend this house for large groups and families. It's a great find!"

Summary: This property was perfect for our family visiting Chicago because it was just a few blocks away from our son’s home. Yes the L is directly in back of the property and yes it’s loud but we knew that going in. It is a beautiful space and worked great for our needs.

Summary: Everything about this property was fantastic! Spacious, all amenities were modern, and my family enjoyed it very much. Some reviews had issue with the noise from the trains - we found it to be not bothersome at all! Speaking of trains, the convenience (6 minute walk) to the station was incredibly convenient! With a coffee shop (3 minutes) one way and a Walgreen's (4 minutes) the other, this location was incredibly convenient. Josh was very communicative, and responded lightning-quick to any questions we had. Definitely a 5-star location, would recommend to anyone, and certainly stay again! Thanks, Josh!

Summary: This property was as described. It was very comfortable. Yes, the Blue Line runs right behind it(as described), but it really didn’t interfere with anything. The white noise by machines were a nice touch.

Summary: The house is fantastic and it does deserve 5 stars, but the adjacency to the L-tracks is the only reason I give it an overall 4-star rating, even though they do warn about this. Some of us nonetheless had a hard time adjusting to the noise, even with earplugs. We also had difficulties getting the lockbox open to retrieve the key to the front door, but, luckily, we were able to get in through the side door. Upon leaving we had the same problem as well, although several of us tried getting the box open. So we ended up leaving the key inside the house and exiting through the garage.
