Positive: Pet friendly with not only a secure fenced and gated area but also grass and shade for my dog to lay on and having the home in a gated complex with an automated gate helped me rest easy knowing my dog was happy and safe and the risk of him escaping was minimal. He does not escape usually but I felt comfort in knowing there was no chance of him escaping. Very clean inside and out. All of the bedrooms, living area, bathroom and kitchen was absolutely spotless! I am a clean freak at the best of times and I have NEVER had a property match my eye for detail when it comes to cleaning. Thank you! Even down to the fridge, the laundry, the kitchen crockery, drawers and cupboards, very very clean. The location is so close to everything, close to the beach, the city, the botanic gardens, shopping, zaraffas for coffee, fuel and maccas, even if you fancied a pub meal for dinner, brothers leagues club was a short 5 minute walk away. The outdoor seating area was great, and we got to hang out with our dog.. Usually my dog is an indoor dog however the outdoor area was clean and tidy and I had no problem at all with the “dog not allowed inside policy” simply because the outdoor area was ample, shaded and clean. I could also check up on him during the night from the bedroom window and each time I did he was always sleeping soundly. Fresh milk on arrival being hand delivered. Thank you, I love a cup of tea each night so the fresh milk not UHT milk was a lovely touch. The washer and dryer and vacuum. All were clean and in good repair. The beds in each of the rooms were comfortable, and each at a different level of comfort. The shower pressure, I can’t tell you how many places I’ve stayed, even in hotels where the water pressure was poor. The kindness of the hosts. Thank you for allowing a late checkout. We had quite a few family commitments that morning and my time management wasn’t the best.
Negative: There were no dislikes with this property.
Summary: I will be telling my friends and family who visit Cairns to book here because this is by far the best full home accommod

Positive: Lovely stay. Easy communication with owner. Car parking next to room and behind locked gate. Heaps of space for a group. Didn’t use any of the kitchen appliances. Hot shower. Enough towels. Washing machine and line available. Had nice touches around to make the stay more comfortable.
