Positive: Very nice large room. Air conditioning was great as it was 38c. Large bathroom. I loved the themed decor Very good cream tea.

Positive: Breakfast ok. Bacon hot but raw. Poached eggs and hash browns good.

Negative: Wine too cold had to wait while they warmed !! Lost flavour . Whoever’s in charge has no idea!!

Positive: The actual building and location

Negative: We did not like the entrance to our room, which was via 2 fairly steep steps. Also the bathroom door was very difficult to open and close and in order to access it you had to go down a very steep step dangerous in the dark at night. The shower also had a slippery floor, the shower taps were difficult to see the instructions for use and more grab rails needed! We felt all these factors made it not suitable for elderly people, which we are.
