Summary: Just a beautiful place ! Our king bed was in a loft area , we enjoyed the sitting area, the hot tub overlooking the mountains . Beautifully clean ! Homemade cookies and cold water when we arrived ! Desk showed fantastic customer service ! Loved this gorgeous spot

Summary: We booked a studio suite and the description said it included a private hot tub. Upon arrival there was no private hot tub. We inquired at the front desk and they said the room we booked didn't have one. There were no other options for our stay according to the front desk. We probably would have looked for a different place to stay and saved some money had we known there was not a private hot tub. The room was clean and staff very pleasant. Just disappointed with no private hot tub.

Summary: Absolutely AMAZING stay, beautiful location, clean rooms and fantastic facilities. Breakfast was so good-the burritos were awesome. The staff are beyond wonderful and SAVED me when I left a very important and expensive item behind - shipped it back to me no problem. Highly highly recommend!

Summary: It was a very nice stay until it wasn’t. We enjoyed pickleball and a lovely swim. Nice dinner at Gnar Tacos. Room 324 is a nicely decorated room with exposed large log supports and a lovely bed. However, we awoke in the middle of the night to a high pitched buzzing. We figured out it was the mini fridge. Unplugged and problem solved. Until it wasn’t. Later in the night and throughout the early morning a noisy machine kept starting up right beneath our room. The windows were open to enjoy the cool mountain air, so we closed them. Unfortunately it helped a bit but it was still quite loud, although relatively short. Hard to sleep well with a loud machine (on-demand water heater?) turning on repeatedly below us. Having paid almost $400 for the room, it was a sad disappointment for what was meant to be a healing trip after visiting our cabin that burned down in the Deer Creek fire in Old La Sal in Utah to meet with our insurance agent. The Front Desk seemed surprised to hear about the noise at check out the next morning, but kinda hard to imagine that they were totally unaware of such noise. A sad disappointing stay that wasn’t the restorative experience we had hoped for when booking.
