Positive: A wonderful guesthouse run by an incredibly kind and wonderful woman! And her wonderful team! In the evenings, we practiced Chinese calligraphy—it was a very engaging and relaxing activity. Plus, you can meet other fun travelers at the communal table :) and in the morning, they'll treat you to a delicious breakfast with an incredible view! They'll also tell you about the sights and help you buy tickets. I definitely recommend this lovely house!

Positive: Amazing location - few minutes away from Tianmen Mountain as well as the train station to go to your next stop after that. The room were super comfy, and we slept really well there as well. We really enjoyed our stay there. The landlady and her husband were super kind and helpful. We had no problem to make the most out of our stay thanks to them !

Positive: My stay at Chonghong guesthouse was amazing, the staff treated me super well, helped me with everything I needed and even gave me food and sent me some travel tips. The place is cozy and, although it's a little bit hard to find, is well located and near the bus station (from which you can go everywhere in the city at a cheap price). I had a great night of sleep and the neighborhood is very quiet. Zhangjiajie is an incredible place and I felt I received much more than what I paid for.

Negative: The room was clean, but some of the lamps were not working. The shower worked but the hot water took some time to actually heat. There was no table in the room and it was bad for work and study

Positive: The owners are very nice and helped us with everything, even with the tickets to the Zhangjiajie National Park. The room is big and confortable. The location is great in Zhangjiajie city, close to the bus station for the buses to the park and to the west railway station. There are plenty of places to eat in the area. A very good experience.

Positive: The most amazing hosts. Very cozy family feeling. The owner helped us with everything, she went with us to the bus station for tickets, buy food and recommended amazing hotpot restaurant including getting a ticket for a great deal (80RMB for 2 persons). Love the place and would definitely recommend!!!
