On the entry level, there is a fully appointed kitchen with new modern appliances. Lots of storage space in the cabinets for all your groceries. The dining room is open to the kitchen as well as the living room. In the living room, you will find comfortable couches and chairs with seating for 6 around the flat screen HDTV. This level has a half bath as well as a wet bar so entertaining is a breeze. This level has a deck overlooking the water, with a table for 4 and a gas grill, so tell the grillmaster in your family to bring on the hot dogs and hamburgers! 2 master bedrooms are located upstairs. The waterfront master bedroom has a balcony. This is the perfect place to enjoy a romantic sunset. |
Downstairs is a multipurpose room with a king bed. There is also a deck off this level which leads to the docks. There is a table with seating for 4.
The docks have a huge sundeck that is great for sunbathing, watching the kids swim, or watching all the wildlife across the cove. You're sure to see the deer that graze in the open field, lots of birds, and maybe even a squirrel or 2. Bring your fishing pole and let the kids try their hand at catching a sun perch or maybe even a striper!
