Positive: Kate and Helen were very friendly and welcoming and the full English breakfast was delicious as well as the yogurt and home made compote which was amazing. Beautiful sea view from a warm and comfortable room - wonderful!

Positive: The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The view from the room was beautiful and ever changing as you look over the cliffs and the estuary, you can see the Welsh coast. The room itself was beautifully decorated and clean. The TV and bedside DAB radio worked as they should (I've had problems in other places that I have stayed). WIFI works perfectly.

Negative: I can't think of any... I did bang my head on the low beam when traveling from the bedroom to the bathroom. I was warned, my fault really:)

Summary: A great hotel. Fantastic views. Fantastic breakfast. fantastic hosts... I can't fault.

Positive: The Hotel is situated in a superb position overlooking the sea and right on the South West coastal path. Easy walk to the Valley of Rocks and only 7 minutes walk into Lynton. The breakfast was excellent and the sisters made lovely homemade cakes every day that were free to take along with fresh fruit. Would definitely recommend staying here
