Summary: We were made very welcome, the hosts were very friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable. Very comfortable bed. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and was good. We would visit there again

Summary: This place is just fine. Don’t judge the entrance by the scaffolding. The owner has lot of personality. The room was beautiful and breakfast was similarly high quality. Lynton and Lynmouth was fun to explore and Exmoor is right next door

Summary: I loved the atmosphere of the guest house. It is homely and comfortable whilst being very clean as well. Located in the centre of town it is conveniently situated for absolutely everything and the owners, Maria and Clive, are friendly, welcoming (as are their pets!) and they clearly love the building and the business. Breakfast was plentiful and well made which set us up for the day! I really enjoyed my stay there and look forward to returning.
