Summary: Rozlehlý apartmán ve 2 podlažích nabízí vše,co potřebujete k Vaší dovolené.Zařízení sice trochu starší,ale zcela postačující.Pobývali jsme v létě,takže bylo příjemné posedět na balkoně nebo na střešní terase..Na stanici vláčku je to 6-8 min chůze.

Summary: Die Unterkunft ist super gepflegt. Man hat alles was man braucht. Top Lage, nur 10min von der Zillertalbahn entfernt.

Summary: Die Einrichtung in der Unterkunft ist sehr verwohnt. Die Sofas sind fleckig und durchgesessen. Die Sanitäranlagen sollten mal erneuert werden ( aus den 70ern ?) Das Wasser an den Handwaschbecken war nicht warm. Der Herd brauchte sehr lange bis er auf Themeratur kam.

Summary: Het appartement is ruim en dichtbij de doorgaande wegen. Interieur is wat klein allemaal. Bedden best kort, banken en tafels laag en de deuropeningen ook laag. Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is zeer goed, alles doet het maar verwacht niet de meest moderne inrichting en sanitair. Gewoon prima, met wat beter weer is het dakterras heerlijk!

Summary: Dit 8 persoons appartement biedt ruim onderdak aan een gezin met 4 kinderen. Met 4 slaapkamers is er genoeg privacy voor iedereen. Het plaatsje Stumm is nog verstoten van mega-toerisme, waardoor je er ook prima de rust kunt vinden. Vanaf het balkon is het heerlijk uitkijken naar het tegenover gelegen Kaltenbach en de hoger gelegen huisjes op de berg. Het treintje en de autoweg maken het plaatje af. De accommodatie kan Wat modernisering gebruiken zonder afbreuk te doen aan de karakteristieke oostenrijkse stijl van de woning. Goede tijd gehad.

Summary: Appartement Christoph is een zeer ruim appartement. Het appartement staat langs een niet al te drukke weg en aan de andere zijde heb je een geweldig uitzicht over het Zillertal en de bergen. De keuken is volledig ingericht en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De woonkamer is ruim en heeft een mooie uitbouw met een groot raam, waardoor je ook weer een schitterend uitzicht hebt. Helaas wordt het `s middags als de zon schijnt, ontzettend warm in de huiskamer omdat er geen gordijnen/zonnewering zijn. Een groot minpunt voor de wat langere mensen (1.80 m) zijn de bedden. Zelf ben ik 1.92m en van alle bedden was er slechts eentje geschikt omdat deze geen voeteinde had. Heel erg fijn was het dakterras, hier hebben we vaak gebruik van gemaakt. Mede dankzij het mooie weer hebben we een fantastische vakantie gehad, maar wij adviseren de beheerders wel om het appartement op te gaan knappen, anders voldoet het over een aantal jaren absoluut niet meer aan de 3 sterren die het nu heeft. (te beginnen met de bedden)
