Positive: The apartment was well located, with a private parking spot. It was compact, but very clean and came with more amenities than most rentals that I have stayed at. Dana even had a large fruit bowl and a collection of snacks waiting for us! The kitchen has everything you need to prepare basic meals, but it is cramped, so it would be difficult to make bigger meals. The garden is lovely with some nice sitting areas.
Negative: The glass bathroom door lets a lot of light into the sleeping area. Maybe a curtain across the door area would be helpful.

Positive: It was a very comfortable apartment with all of the features anyone would need to make them feel right at home. Dana is a lovely person who goes above and beyond to make sure her guests are happy and still provides them with privacy. Also the surrounding views are quite beautiful
Negative: It was about a 10- 15 minute walk from the supermarket and pharmacy which is not problematic most of the year but can be quite brutal during the summer, especially August when we visited.
Summary: While it was more expensive than other accommodations we’d rate it very highly and be happy to stay again

Positive: Everything we needed was there. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The hosts were very kind and responsive. Private convenient parking 5 meters from the entrance is a very important factor for Tel Aviv. Definitely recommend

Positive: We are a couple in our seventies. Property nicely stocked with essentials and plenty of other goodies too. large tvs in both rooms plus Netflix. Dana was on hand when needed, she’s lovely and helpful. Note: property is on 1st floor, access is via an external staircase. Highly recommended accommodation.
Negative: kitchen a bit small.
Summary: Comfortable accommodation in nice surroundings.

Positive: We had family in area so location suited us well. Shops near by - supermarket + bakery + deli + wine shop + pizzeria. Host had apartment well stocked with all the essentials. Able to do washing. Pleasant area for sitting outside to eat meals. Bread gift on Shabbat. Very good security.
Negative: Nothing for us but not easy to travel to other parts of city unless you have own car. Need to update payment options as only except cash and PayPal. Sign by hot water switch would be of value.
Summary: Comfortable stay in well appointed apartment.

Positive: I can’t rave enough about this Airbnb!!! We were spoiled with lots of goodies left for us in addition to a fresh challah and cake for Shabbat. Clean accommodations, very comfortable bed (and we are very picky about bed comfort!), well equipped with everything you need for a simple meal. Great hot water and pressure. We liked the private car park (street parking is almost impossible) inside an automatic gate. Ganei Tikvah is a suburb of Tel Aviv so quiet and relaxing. We chose not to drive into Tel Aviv due to traffic and lack of parking so took a bus. It was so easy from here- walked 1 minute to bus stop and we were in Tel Aviv in 50 minutes. Did that on several occasions and it was perfect with no stress. Dana was quick to respond to any question we had during our stay and the washing machine/dryer was a fantastic bonus. There is a printer in apartment for printing boarding passes, and Dana was kind enough given the availability, to extend our check out time. We would return in a heartbeat!!!!!!!!
