Summary: Church Cottage was the ideal place for the 4 of us. We were blessed by the weather and this allowed us to make full use of the many attractions including the North Norfolk Music Festival. The two ensuite rooms were just as we wanted and the kitchen and dining area was ideal with the comfortable sitting room for us to relax in the evenings. A thoroughly deserved 5 stars

Summary: Myself and my sister stayed here in May 2022 and enjoyed the cottage greatly. It is set in a good location with views of the churchyard right outside the front porch.....where everyday you can see Rabbits. The property had all the things we needed whilst on our stay in Norfolk (though weirdly no salt or pepper). There was a pack of leaflets and info etc left at the cottage. On the downside.....both of us were greatly affected by the curtains in the bedrooms. Downstairs there are nice thick curtains that cut out the light. In the bedrooms, there are light curtains that let in the light in the morning...waking us both up early each morning.....and yes I did have an eye mask! The garden had a nice set of table and chairs, as well as a bench. Note to cottage owners : Some more small bins would be useful as there were none in the living room or bedrooms. More clocks please, there was only one in the kitchen.

Summary: The cottage was in a great little village with lots of walks , near the coast and great places to eat . The cottage itself had no out door furniture except a very wobbly bench . Iam very particular as I like cottages to be as nice as my own home so bed linen not matching and un ironed along with small towels doesn’t do it for me !! The oven was greasy and had left over food in it too ! All we had for a welcome pack was a packet of biscuits no milk etc . Toilet and shower leaked which they knew about before.Although they sent someone over it is not the hassle you want when you go away .
