Positive: The place is perfect, but the smart home was way smarter than me.
Negative: Instructions for the dryer and all the thermostats 😅 I didn’t even open the sliding doors in the living room bc I couldn’t figure out how to. And the coffee machine-don’t get me started. But seriously the place is amazing but I found it slightly perplexing 😘

Positive: The location was lovely and although the weather was cold and wet, we were able to travel around the local area and enjoy some lovely meals out. The bed linen and towels were very clean and there was a well stocked kitchen area
Negative: The central heating did not work at any time during our seven night stay and we had to have maintenance men come in, who were unable to fix the problem, I had to buy my own electrical fan heaters to try and warm the rooms which was very poor given the cost of the holiday. There was no welcome pack. so we had no idea how to use some of the high spec appliances. The security gates were broken and did not close. One of the bedrooms smelt of cat wee, although it states that pets are not allowed. I believe the heating is controlled by an app set to only 18c, which is useless in November. My wife has come back with the flu, so it was not really much of a successful stay and I'd like to complain.
Summary: NO heating, broken security gates and a smell of cat wee ruined what could have been a lovely week
