Summary: My husband and I wanted to visit the area to find property to purchase. We stayed in Swansboro. What an excellent stay we had! The condo was exceptionally clean, perfectly located, quiet, comfortable and they were extremely easy to communicate with. We ordered take out because we had our dog with us and had a wonderful dinner and bottle of wine out on the deck. We ended up heating the leftovers the next night for dinner as well. Everything in downtown Swansboro was within walking distance. Such a clean and friendly town!! It would be awesome to dock your boat, walk around, have a bite to eat and be on your way. Perfect!! Everyone in town was so so nice and a joy to be around!

Summary: Great location, plenty of restaurants, and one of the best views downtown. My stay was during the Christmas season and I felt like I was in a movie.. :-)
