Positive: Fantastic experience all around... from food options and quality, to activities, to facilities. Staff was great, we were on the Platinum Island (adults only). Very private. Far from main Island Male, so no planes overhead. The games area has ping pong, chess, darts, billiards. Nice gym and great pools. Clean and well-maintained throughout. Once again, the food was spectacular. It was a dream.

Negative: No complaints whatsoever.

Summary: We'll be coming back :)

Positive: Amazing hotel, amazing staff, more peaceful island which was lovely! A big thank you to the resort manager who knew we messed our flights up so upgraded us to the private beach club which was very nice and kind. Also thank you Shifaz our waiter was lovely. All the staff spa are great! I would come here again 💕

Negative: I wish the one night I could not come was waved off the bill but it’s understandable

Positive: Perfect place for vacation - quite, beautiful, remote, clean, tasty food, friendly and professional stuff. Let me admit and particularly mention guys from the stuff : Nandana, Kasua, Sampath, Shaktui, Akalaaka. Thank you guys!

Negative: Only one minus - electricity generator on a daytime is a bit annoying, nighttime is calm. I wish they could fix it.

Positive: The room was amazing, exactly as pictured. The view from the room, looking directly at the ocean, hearing the ocean as we woke up was incredible. The staff was super helpful and the food was good. It's a really nice place for a quiet couples vacation, or a family (with all adults). During my stay there were no children (some babies but super quiet). There is entertainment only at night and for me that's great because you're basically left to do whatever you want. There's 2 daily trips to snorkel that are included and we loved it.

Negative: Everything was great just keep in mind that the island is quite far from the airport. We took the plane and it adds to the cost of the stay I'd seen some comments about there not being a lot of sand on the beach (in some parts you can feel the cement). That was true, it didn't make our experience worse though

Positive: Water villa has shade that we loved during the day and direct approach to water comparing to beach villas. the beach in front is nice, but entering the water is painful due to a lot of corals and there were a days when it smells bad. Water current can be strong, and we couldn’t enjoy snorkeling the way we wanted. Room bar should include chips and chocolate as a part of regular all inclusive. The bathroom ammenities did not include some basics. Bring your own hair conditioner, since there is only shampoo and conditioner in one. Body lotion had stale smell. Restaurant food was ok, lot of meat but I was lucking variety of sea food. AI package should include more, such as dinning at the Crab restaurant, variety of coffee, and alcohol. Resort could have more evening events. Also, they could come up with some rainy activities. Service was excellent, we really liked Naseer our room butler, he did amazing job making us feel comfortable and also Lamaah, our waiter who made sure we are served with everything. The Spa had deals, however, the massages weren’t the best and worth the money.
