Positive: The location is very convenient for transit and main downtown sights. Very walkable. Neighbourhood feels safe. Loved having the stovetop and dishwasher in the room.
Negative: The only downside was the hallway between the elevator and the room - very much in need of an upgrade and the huge step into the tub in order to shower.

Negative: I would have liked a little larger room with a place to sit instead of the bed.

Positive: The apartment had a lot of useful utilities and an extra door to shut out the noise from the main door.
Negative: The pillows were a bit hard but it was excellent value for money

Positive: Location was very good because there were Christmas markets across the road. The 3rd floor corridor had a very musty unaired smell. It was not dirty, the carpet could do with a good clean. Our bathroom had an off smell at times, not all the time, but at times it was unpleasant. The stay itself was very pleasant. The 24 hour free coffee at the lobby was a real treat and good quality coffee.
Negative: These 2 points definitely need some attention. The 3rd floor corridor had a very musty unaired smell. It was not dirty, the carpet could do with a good clean. Our bathroom had an off smell at times, not all the time, but at times it was unpleasant. We had to close the bathroom door to stop the smell permeating into the bathroom. Again the flooring needed a good clean.
