Summary: Extremely good location. Excellent front desk service. Nice to have complimentary coffee and tea all day. Good studio size with all necessary kitchen implements. However needs refurbishing and cleanliness must improve.

Summary: Location is great for first time visitors. Staff is very nice and helpful. Room itself is not great, not super clean, beds are a tad uncomfortable and you can find much nicer hotels for less money in South Kensington area but overall okay.

Summary: The family room was exactly as pictured on the website, practical with a very quirky toilet but overall very good. The area was the best part because you could walk to many sights and very easy to take the underground. We walked to trafalgar, soho, covent garden, China town and over the bridge to the London eye, Big Ben and Churchill War Rooms and st James park. The location was superb! We would definitely stay again!
