Positive: Everything was as stated , no issues. Well equipped, clean and appliances functioning well. Good communication with reception who sent the full and clear instructions. Shops are around so easy to get food

Negative: Bed for 2 is not standard size, pretty small. We had window facing to street and it was quite noisy - but this is not smthg owner cannot influence

Positive: Great stay and exceptionally patient staff! I spent 2 nights at City Aparthotel in Szczecin (May 23–25) and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-located for exploring the city. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. I accidentally took the room keys home with me to Berlin after checking out. The staff were remarkably patient, cooperative, and helpful while I arranged to post the keys back to them. That level of understanding and great service really made a difference. I highly recommend staying here!

Negative: Had some minor issues with the floor cover, but it was minor and didn't disturb a lot.
