Summary: Apartment was super cute. We wanted to stay somewhere where we could live as locals for the moth we were there.Our luggage didn't arrive and we had to file a report, so we were late checking in. We appreciated the the cleaning lady waiting for us. We had to well equipped grocery store right across the street, which was awesome. The #2 bus stop was just down the block and that made it easy to get to Centro. We were right across the street from The Futbol stadium and got to go to a game, Our host recommended a great place Bebo on the beach and we became regulars and it felt like home. The promenade and beach were 2 blocks away and having the ocean so close was priceless. We didn't know it was Carnaval and the parade route was one block away. Our neighbors on our floor were friendly and sweet! It was a great experience!!

Summary: The appartment was ideal for our purposes. Close to the beach, close to a subway station and two large supermarkets. The bus stop into town was also only maybe two hundred meters away. Sure it was not pretty, but reasonably quiet despite being close to the main road. All the basics were there. The greatest "problem" were the two sofas, which are a litte worse for wear. Other than that a great place to stay if you want to visit Cadiz and do not want to lease a car. Thankyou very much Mr. Cierpol for your hospitality. Steven Williams

Summary: We rented the apartment for a month so that it felt like we lived in the hood. We shopped in the local grocery store, ate in the local restaurants, had wine at and tapas in the beach bars and walked miles on the beach. It was a wonderful experience. Cadiz is a lovely old city well worth exploring. While a few kilometres from the centre, the bus service is excellent and, at 1.10€, inexpensive. Several buses have direct service into the city, but is is also a fabulous walk along the promenade. All in all we loved it!

Summary: This unit is within a few hundred yards of the beach, metro, and shops, so very convenient. The kitchen and bathroom have been updated and were very nice. Bernd responds quickly to any questions. Our only suggestion is that the beds are made prior to guests arriving - this would made us feel more welcomed after a long day of travel.

Summary: I stayed 1 month at this apartment. As it is also used by the owners, it has all the little convenient touches for living (shopping cart, laundry basket, pegs etc). Very clean. Owner was very quick to respond when we couldn't turn on hot water (our bad)… Location very close to bus and train line, and 3 blocks from beach. Wifi was good, there was TV too but I didn't use it. Kitchen well equipped. Only possible negatives could be that there isn't much of a view from the windows (if that is important) and it's a bit of a bun fight for parking (if that's important). Otherwise fantastic and I would definitely stay again.

Summary: Immaculate, clean smelling well equipped apartment. Lots of space for living & plenty of room to store things away. Well equipped kitchen made cooking easy. Lots of natural light. In the evening it was cost because it’s equipped as someone’s home so there are lamps, side tables & soft furnishings. Beds were comfortable with planets of extra bedding if needed. Large fridge & freezer & decent washing machine too. Living here was easy. An easy bus ride into town or a 45 minute walk along the sea path.

Summary: We were very pleased with the proximity to the beach and lively shopping area with restaurants and cafes. The number 5 bus was two blocks away and we were able to easily navigate throughout the city. The apartment was charming, clean and fully equipped.

Summary: We spent a fantastic week here in July 2017. The apartment is as described - well equipped and very comfortable. The beach is superb and only 5 minutes away. There's a good supermarket across the road and there's plenty of decent bars/restaurants within easy walking distance. The buses to the old town are also frequent and cheap. The key arrangements were fine and the owners promptly responded to all questions. Parking outside can be difficult but its the same everywhere. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again when we come back to Cadiz
