Summary: We travelled over with our 5yr old daughter for a weeks stay during Xmas Overall the experience was fab - the apartment is very well located for easy access to trains in / out of main centre (to get to all the markets etc) as well as a nice collection of bars / shops & restaurants right on the doorstep of the property The apartment served us well - was well cleaned and good overall condition … we had space & equipment enough to cook a Xmas dinner on Xmas day ! with there being a fully functional hob & oven The only “downside” was the lack of freezer (was “just” a fridge - with no ice box compartment) … so be prepared for that if you are buying food to make meals during your stayParking outside the property was difficult as never really any bays to use BUT the owner leased us access to his parking bay around the corner (gated parking lot) - BE WARNED however you will have a height limit on your car !! To get in to the car park area :)Owner was always on hand for Q&A and was quick to resolve an issue (with the kitchen hot water supply leaking) getting a plumber out on Xmas day ! We thoroughly enjoyed outlet stay and recommend both the city and the apartment if looking to visit for Xmas markets etc

Summary: This flat is a perfect little base for visiting Cologne. Ehrenfeld is either a short train/tram ride or 35 min walk to the cathedral/tourist area. The local area is great, however. A really cool, chilled out place. You’ll find everything thing you need right on your doorstep! The flat is clean, modern and has everything you need to be very comfortable.

Summary: We have just enjoyed a short break in Cologne in this great apartment. Christoph was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was perfect for our family of four. It is in a brilliant location, close to shops and the trainline to the city centre. It is well equipped, clean and warm. The beds were really comfortable and lots of extra blankets provided. There were also some games so we could keep our toddler entertained. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay!

Summary: The owner Christoph is a very good host, he is resopnsive and efficient, gives details how to reach the apartment.The apartment is situated in a excellent location. It has wide range of local communities including local and inexpensive restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy. In a walking distance around half an hour, you can reach the city centre and Cologne Cathedral. The apartment is new and spacious. Enjoy your stay!

Summary: The apartment was a good size for us a group of 4. It was compact but practical. All rooms were well equipped, clean and comfortable. We were surprised how close we were to the centre of cologne. The town in Ehrenfeld itself was quite busy and minutes away. We often went out to get food locally. Christoph was very helpful and waiting for us when we arrived and walked us through the apartment and left us with lots of handy booklets for the touristy stuff.
