Summary: Perfect location on the Rhine. Arrived early and was happy they allowed us to check in right away! Room is spacious and clean. Loved the in room coffee.

Summary: The staff was so accommodating and welcoming. Great location and wonderful restaurant on the property. The room was basic but clean and had everything we needed.

Summary: This place is a mixed bag. On the good side, the location is wonderful on the Cologne waterfront near the cathedral and many restaurants. on the less good side, we booked a no smoking river view apartment but when we arrived we were given a rear apartment with no view and stank of cigarettes. We asked for a different room but no river view ones seemed to be available (the manager on site spoke little to no english) so we got another back room. On the positive side the rear apartments are quiet but they are also very hot and the aircon did not work.

Summary: I’m a solo traveler. Stayed one night in this spacious, clean and updated room. Checked in a the restaurant and given my key. Great location near shopping, dining and train station. Staff was very nice in restaurant. I recommend

Summary: Perfect location and great service. Only complaint is the noise.. We would wake up to loud people coming home at 2am and then what I can assume to be the staff working at 8am. Yet we were in the corner of the top floor, where I would assume the most isolation/quiet. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Summary: This was walking distance from train station. Easy check-in. Clean and spacious room, great bed and wonderful comforter. Restaurant downstairs - all was great - I'd definitely recommend to others.

Summary: We booked the room because of its proximity to the train station and the river. The location is absolutely great. There is a decent restaurant in the building and about 20 others within 100 meters. We had a view of the river which was nice. The room was clean and had what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the wifi worked fine. Having said that, other things have a bit to be desired. There is no air-conditioning, The TV only has Netflix's and it didn't work. In their defense we were too busy to ask them to fix it. The entry, hall and elevator leave a lot to be desired and they smelled. Overall for the location the price was good.
