2 Bedroom House in Tianjin
Basic Condition:
My condo is 78m^2, located on the 28th floor. It has two bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen, one bathroom, and one closet. Bedrooms and the living room has beautiful city views and ample sunshine. We provide TV, Wifi, Cooking supplies, furniture, wash machine, hangers, fridge, art dรฉcor, and a piano. Every bedroom has its own bed. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed which fits two people.
Location and Transportation:
It's located in the intersection area of Heping and Nankai district. Metro Line 1 Anshan Dao Station is literally downstairs. Only one stop to Binjiang Dao Station where you can transfer to line 3. There is also a bus station nearby. It's close to many schools such as WanQuanDao Elementry School, Yaohua High School, No 1 High School. Since Bing Jiang Dao CBD is one stop away (10 mins walk), you will have access to plenty of best shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants in Tianjin. Banks and most famous hospitals are all in walking distance. There is a public park downstairs.
Building condition:
It's a small community, which means it's quiet and the elevator will not be crowded. There is a security guard available 24/7. Resident needs a key card to enter the building.
Fine:
Smoking and pets are prohibited. There will be a USD 2000 fine if you disobey this rule. Any damage in anything in the condo before you come will result in a fine.
There will be a huge discount if you want to be a long-term tenant ( more than 1 months). Please let me know.
