Summary: We absolutely loved landing at the City Cottage first thing after our trans-Pacific flight. The cottage grounds are AMAZING-even at the end of fall. The expertly restored cottage was cozy, warm and offered a spectacular view of the harbor & Pacific Ocean from the kitchen picture window. The bedrooms and bath were wonderful to boot. The kitchen is gorgeous and the living room is very comfortable. The location is perfect and minutes away from everything in Dunedin. Our host communicated promptly with us and left a warm welcome message. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying at City Cottage! 5 stars accommodations.

Summary: Everything was lovely. Heatpump was on when we arrived and a nice bottle of wine. Everything you needed was there and it was a very cosy place.

Summary: Stayed for 6 nights and it was fantastic. It was very comfortable for 2. Every room had attention to detail. The view from kitchen window was impressive and it was great to watch the city come alive every morning. There wasn’t any private parking but we had no issues finding free street parking adjacent to property at any time of day.We would stay again and recommend to others.

Summary: A great place to stay in Dunedin. Close to the city centre, cinemas and restaurants. Yet, it is also close to parks.Easy on street parking.The sheltered, private garden is a delight, with two outdoor seating areas.Well stocked with everything you need for your stay. Comfy and cosy.Super clean, great shower and laundry facilities make this an ideal getaway.Sandra is a great host and the wine and chocolates were a lovely touch.We would definitely stay again.
