Summary: City Haven II was very clean and comfy. Located in a very walkable neighborhood. We walked to the grocery store and brought back food to cook at the rental. Felt just like home :) Although the street out front is super busy, the house is sound proof. Not only was it quiet, but the beds were extra comfortable- I slept like a baby! The host was very responsive too! We loved our stay!

Summary: Clean, bright, and spacious. Host is very helpful and responsive. Assigned parking space right outside the door is a huge plus! Updated kitchen and bathroom. Washer and dryer in the unit. The only issue we had was with the smart TV, which didn’t work well. Probably needs a software upgrade or to be replaced. Otherwise fabulous!

Summary: Teresa's rental truly is a city haven. Her house is well maintained and there was more than enough supplies for the 4 of us. Everything we needed grocery wise was nearby via car and some local grocers via walking. (Local grocer is across a brewery which my husband wanted to try but they were closed. Maybe next time!) Teresa was very helpful in answering my questions and really took the time to research a few things for me. Her decor is beautiful and I just love her and her husbands back story.

Summary: Another wonderful stay at City Haven II. Teresa's husband is a Rock Star coming over late at night to fix a minor water issue that arose. Great nearby grocery store and restaurants helped fill our abdominal voids which proved helpful because once there we didn't have the urge to leave. We were all kept cozy by the gas fireplace and felt like we were once again "right at home"! Highly recommend this place for hanging, chilling and its general vibe.
