Positive: Location is ok, close to a metro (it's better to pickup the keys first near the metro exit and then go to the apartment). Quiet street
Negative: Stairs. Deposit feels wrong, strange system to enter your credit card details on a third-party site. However the funds were returned fully.

Positive: Nicely located, 2 minutes from the grocery, 4 minutes for the metro station and 8 minutes from tram no. 28. The apartment is wide enough for 2, be balcony is a bite narrow, but fun to have when the weather is nice.
Negative: The neighborhood is noisy at times, but the main thing to keep in mind is that there is no elevator and 83 steps from the street to the apartment; it is not for everyone.
Summary: Lisboa is a most see and this place worked out for us.

Positive: The flat is quite small but has good enough amenities for a short-term stay. The location is not very central but it is well-connected and it is easy to go to the main attractions of the city. I didn't mind not having an elevator and the staircase is spacious.
Negative: I didn't appreciate being required to give my credit card details to a 3rd party website (outside of Booking.com) to leave a 250 EUR deposit (which was not explicitly specified on the booking.com page, I've only done this in hotels and usually in person in a safer way). I've expressed that I don't feel comfortable with this but the host didn't seem to care. This negatively impacted my experience.

Positive: Very comfortable flat, in a neighbourhood plenty of the"real" portuguese life, but not far from the tourist center.
Negative: Just the 4th floor without elevator, ufff 😄

Positive: Comfortable one bedroom apartment with all the amenities needed. It even had washing machine and well equipped kitchen. Its also close to the metro station and has some nice local cafes restaurants nearby.
Negative: Its not value for money I think. Its a small apartment located in 4th floor (with no elevator) with a small balcony which gets sun only in the afternoon.
