Positive: Location was amazing. Very convenient. Great food all around. Also safe neighbourhood.
Negative: The water heater has issue keeping up with demand. Will be an issue during winter months. If two people shower at the same time, good luck.

Positive: It is a beautiful property. Very spacious. Fantastic location. Great hosts. Very charming, true Lisbon charm. Great views of the city. We were lucky to meet the owner of the apartment and Lear some history of the place.
Negative: It might not be suitable for some people as the building does not have an elevator. You have to be prepared to climb the stairs.

Positive: Fantastic location, 100/100 would stay again in the area of this location. Setup of the apartment was conducive to a perfect family home for vacations. V
Negative: Could use more attention to the finer details of a short term rental. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, the bathrooms need attention, water pressure was actually horrible, mold growth on tiles in the bathroom and around the windows and deterioration on the bathroom ceiling/wall from what looks like mold or water damage. Also, there were some basics missing like extra garbage bags, paper towels and extra toilet paper outside of the 2 that were left per each bathroom. Also would like to note that we found some cockroaches in the apartment.
Summary: Fantastic location and good setup but lacking major in cleanliness and comfort

Positive: The house was a beautiful building and seemed very traditional. You felt like a local staying here and it was a good location to access the places you would want to visit when is Lisbon. It wasn’t too crowded or the exact middle of the city either which was nice. The host was very kind and explained everything very well. He was also very easy to contact.
Negative: Despite being a nice building, it was obvious the house had not been taken care of well. The house was very dirty. There were stains and dust everywhere and the dishwasher was filthy. We were okay with everything until we found multiple cockroaches around the home. The house has a lot of potential but is too dirty. Also there are A LOT of stairs.
Summary: Overall, good building and nice host. But too dirty and cockroaches are a big red flag. Would not recommend.

Positive: The huge apartment is on the 4th floor so be prepared for it. Difficult to find a parking place for which you have to pay every two hours from 9-19. Close to shops an hours easy walk to downtown.
Negative: The apartment is huge, but a bit worn. I we had rain every day and some lamps could not be used for it blew up the fuse. I we had the same issue with one of the oil radiators. The toilet seat was broken... Small things but they matter.

Positive: The apartment was better than expected, definitely bigger than we expected. It was close to the metro station and everything you might need is at a walking distance.

Positive: Location is good! There are some restaurants and bars in the area and it has easy access to the center of Lisbon. It is also a relatively quiet area so you don't suffer from the city noise that much. Despite of the place not having an Air Conditioning, it was always fresh thanks to Lisbon's breezy evenings.
Negative: Everything was relatively clean but it wasn't spotless. The water pressure of the showers could be better. The washing machine should be fixed soon :(
