Positive: The second we arrived at the property we were greeting by our host Barbara - who could not be more helpful. We were so happy second after our arrival as we knew we had made the right decision. We discuss our entire trip and decide that this was the BEST apartment by far that we had stay in.
Negative: There was nothing we did not like about the apartment - the only thing we could say is that we were upset that we did not book this location for a longer stay - this property is perfect in every way.
Summary: Perfect Perfect - we enjoyed the apartment and the location and were supported by the BEST host

Positive: The apartment was well-appointed and had everything a family could need. There was obviously great attention to detail when the apartment was set up. We loved the big terrace with city and mountain views. Our hosts were exceptionally friendly and available when needed. We also appreciated the location in the center of town and the easy parking garage.

Positive: Very clean and nicely equipped apartment in the city center, 5 min walk from the lake. Large enough for 4 people but can fit 5 if needed. With closed windows, there is no noise from the street. The beds are very comfortable. The apartment has a large terrace with an amazing mountain view. The bathroom is clean; many towels are provided. The boiler functions perfectly well. The kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking. It was very welcoming from the host to leave some snacks (nuts, candy, chocolate), water in the refrigerator, tea and coffee, oil and balsamic vinegar, some jam. A special thanks to a flexible and welcoming host who was able to adjust to our changing plans.

Positive: Great location a few blocks from the lake and many restaurants that were an easy walk from the hotel. My friend and I loved having our own bedrooms (hard to find 2 bedrooms vs 1 bedroom and a sofa bed). Nice apartment with great covered porch!
Negative: Sheets and pillow cases were a little scratchy (wish they were just normal smooth cotton). Otherwise everything was amazing.

Positive: Our host was very helpful and pleasant. She met us upon arrival and told us all we needed to know. The apartment was very well appointed, quiet, and a 5 minute walk to the Rathaus. The apartment had a large balcony with a great view of the lake and surrounding mountains. I wish we had booked more than 2 nights and would stay there again in a heartbeat. We used their large private garage.
