Positive: The unit is clean and the location is near the city proper. Cookware and flatware were provided and ready for use. Good value for the money.

Negative: However, I think the A/c unit is small for it’s floor area. The room can’t get cool temperature eventhough the A/c is running. Extra fan should have been provided for ventilation.
