Positive: Functional, good location, felt secure, had everything we needed.
Negative: Not a private check-in as described. We had to call 1 hour before arrival and we were then asked to call again when we were at the property to get the key code at which point no-one answered. We tried repeatedly for 15mins and then called their emergency maintenance number where the person was very helpful. Check out instructions also weren’t clear ‘ leave key in letter box’ - there were three do we had to call again to see which one. Perfectly functional and modern looking flat bug the ‘finish’ not as fresh as it appears in the pictures, it’s been done cheap and cheerful and big tired in a few areas…e.g around the shower. Find though as long as that’s expected. Facilities list not up to date, no slippers (not that that affected us)

Positive: The place itself was stellar, and the staff very helpful. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a kitchen and washer/dryer which were both clean and functioned well.
Negative: It was very hot, and leaving the door open for air flow let in the noise from the pub across the street as well as the construction. I would stay again if it was not summer and I could leave the doors closed.

Negative: The apartment was dirty, dusty and full of spider webs. Shower was electric shower and shower handle holder was broken. There was no AC, so if the weather is warm the only option is to open windows and welcome spiders.

Negative: The only shortcoming is that it is a bit unfriendly for travelers with heavy luggage since you would have to carry them upstairs (there is basically no ground floor and all the living facilities are located upstairs

Positive: Modern, clean, well-equipped apartment in a central location with lots of shops around. Check-in is easy, fast wifi, and nice to have some supplies upon check-in (milk, coffee/tea, crisps, bread).
Negative: It is across the street from a pub so can be noisy at night.
