Summary: We had an excellent stay with family for our son’s college tournament. We had all age ranges (10 months to 74 yrs old). Very comfortable beds & linens. Love the layout of the home! Having 2 bedrooms on main floor was a bonus & such big bedrooms. Comfortable seating for all of us , plus the bonus college kids that stopped by! You won’t regret staying here!!

Summary: The house was nice, in a quiet area. The bedrooms were great. It was a little nerve wracking when the lower unit was rented, as we didn't want to disturb them.

Summary: We stayed here for 8 nights and 9 days. The interior is old, making noise with every step, and there were several broken areas. The shower on the second floor didn’t drain well, and communication with the host was not smooth. We were aware that there were other guests on the lower floor, but the noise problem made our stay very difficult. One night, the guests downstairs invited friends over after midnight, smoked marijuana, and were loud all night, leaving only after 5 AM. As a result, we had to endure the smells coming up from below, and the noise kept us from sleeping until morning. I would not recommend this place for families or those traveling with children.

Summary: This location is perfect for visiting the city and wanting not to stay in the city. The rooms accommodate a larger family or group. The tub had a slow drain and we couldn’t reach the host during our stay. They did reach out once our stay was over and apologized. Outside of the slow drain it was a great experience. I’m sure they will fix that soon.
